Should I unbind my crouch?

I just got into silver and have developed a habit of crouching and going for the spray instead of going for headshots. Should I unbind my crouch key to try and stop this?

Why are there so many surrenders in unrated all of the sudden?

It seems like there’s been a recent trend to surrender an Unrated around round five if you’ve been losing... but this didn’t happen nearly as often before. Is there some change I’m missing, or some benefit to this?
