Should I use a voice changer if I’m young?

So I’m young in my early teens and love playing valorant all the time and love playing other games but have difficulty showing initiative.

I have sadly not had a voice change and getting partially nervous that it has not but have been thinking because everyone hates younger people .Should I use a voice changer ? I’m gold 2 and have an issue where right as I join the game I say “Hey everyone let’s have a great game great team comp and get the win” etc etc not always the same but on the same line I usually com like damaged done to rotate but don’t get a response back or anything .

I usually almost alway get responded by older people tell me to shut up and play with trucks or something or just say “aaaand your muted kid” I don’t want this to happen but usually after I just mute for the whole game . Should I use a voice changer should I just not speak and use text chat I feel like people think younger people sound bad and might be useless but there is probably a large majority of people who actually want to help there team by speaking and can’t. It makes me feel insecure sometimes as a guy but usually shrug it off but for the past 2 acts it has gotten significantly worse and recurring.
