Yesterday I had a Brimstone tilted because he was not killing anyone, and started taking the Spike, afking in base and revealing positions of our team to lose faster. This was his smurf and he didnt care what happened to this account, we still reported him and got insta banned but since the punishment is just unable to queue on ranked for several hours its meaningless for him. I'm pretty sure Riot has a system to track down tied accounts, do you think this kind of behaviour should be tracked back to their mains? Even a simple pop up warning to the main account should deter them of this behaviour. It's just sad.
