I have been under the assumption that KAY/O can cancel passive abilities but no I’ve seen a Jett in my team float down instead of falling after being supressed by KAY/O’s ultimate. I feel like it would make sense and I doubt it will make him any stronger.

Troll players need to be punished harder
Toxic players I can just mute, but there is very little you can do to deal with trolls.
I just played with a Jett who instant lock, toxic from beginning. Well nothing new, I just muted him and carried on with the game.
