Dear Chamber,
I have no idea who you are, but I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to mentor me in a recent unranked game on Breeze. I got Viper and was trying to learn her, and I really appreciated you taking the time to talk me through lineups and how to use the E wall. Despite everyone else calling for an FF after 3 rounds, I'm glad you told them to play it out and keep teaching me, even though I've never played with you before.
You taught me:
- Good Lineup locations and their purpose.
- Not to ADS
- Encouraged me to avoid crouching.
- Taught me how to properly aim.
- Encouraged me to avoid waving my crosshairs around as much as I was.
- Pointed out how to properly peek around corners.
The whole time you were really encouraging, positive and let me have a bit of confidence in myself which I've never really had in Valorant before. As I'm in my 30's, picking up new games isn't as easy as it once was.
I wanted to report on how I've done. In the 3 game since, I've got MVP twice, got my first ACE and felt like I was keeping up with the pace of the game. All because of the patience you showed me.
Thanks mate. I appreciate it.
