Run on heaven, but not too long so you dont step. Sneak right before you jump. When youre at the rope mid-air counterstrafe with S so you loose your momentum, sneak and attach to the rope.

How to overcome fear of solo queuing in low elo.
I don't have many friends to queue with in competitive that often and I have days where I warmup and sit in the range for hours and I don't want to play.
