For example I love mixing omens tp with reinas eye because it lets You pull some off angles while the enemy is distracted.

As stated, the spectre feels like it’s lacking. I’m getting outgunned in situations where the spectre should shine. I don’t remember it being this incompetent. Maybe it’s because of the overshadowing stinger buff. Maybe it’s just placebo.
