I will start by saying I do not condone smurfing or boosting of any kind, which I know won't do much.

But I will admit, that at my peak rating diamond 2, I've been hearing my gold 1 friend complain a LOT about the state of those silver games that I originally used to pull the piss about all the silvers blaming their games on smurfs because, if in truth they were smurfs they'd be a silver playing in asc lobbies.

But after experiencing it first hand for 3 games in a row. I get it...

I really do.

I intended on just playing with my friend because the rank difference between us was too high and I used this other account that was bronze a very long time ago. Now I obviously wasn't gonna sweat my ass off and try drop a 50 bomb, I was really just vibing to music being real chill and trying to enable my team rather than ego swinging everything because I knew I could win my duels.

Well that was the plan anyways... Instead every game was an absolute nightmare of insane players as low as B3 in my 3 games. Like stuff I couldn't even begin to compare with my diamond lobbies. Their aim was just insane! Perfect wide-swing one taps, and even the most insane jiggle peak where you probably see an outline for less than 10 frames and still they manage to 1 shot you. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I've started to gain a newer understanding and appreciation for you lower rank players because I admire your motivation to still play after having to face that almost every game, because I genuinely would not be surprised if there was a statistic that came out, saying there are more smurfs than actual players in silver.
