Until recently I was not aware that you can set the level of upgraded weapons to lower levels again. However I noticed you cannot select Levels 4, and 2 exclusively while ignoring Level 3, you need Levels 4, 3 & 2 all to be active.
Is this something that can be implemented going forward?
