Maybe this is intentional but I was doing some bot killing in the practice room when I wanted to test Skye's abilities after failing in an unrated. One of my many problems was when I'd flash I'd get the "blinded" voice line and assume the enemy is blind, and push out only to be staring at a firing line not flashed. Anyway, I flashed the bots while standing behind them all and I still get the blinded voice line even though none of them have the blind visual on their face.
