Obligatory Smurf rant of the week

Nothing has changed in any of the patches, if anything the number of Smurfs in this game has increased. They can throw and DC and dominate every game all they want with 0 repercussions, and they appear in every single game down here in Bronze. And of course reporting does absolutely nothing, even when the smurf literally says they are a Smurf in the chat.

Just make Ranked have a level requirement of 35-40, at least make it a little more difficult for people to Smurf please. Not very fun to be carried, get absolutely destroyed, or have games just ruined entirely with the people responsible getting away scot-free.
