So I made a 9/11 Joke...

Just for pretext my birthday is on September 11th.

So it was September 10th at around 11:30 at night and I cued in to a unranked game just for fun. I was chatting with my teammates and in conversation I said "hey guy's are you excited for September 11th?"

No one really said anything back so I felt awkward and said "just for reference it's my birthday pretty soon so I just make that joke since I have been living with it my whole life."

The game went on and it was pretty even but towards the end we were loosing the last couple rounds and one of our teammates voted to surrender 9-12, 2 minutes before midnight. As the surrender vote went in, two team mates voted yes and so did I. (I voted yes because I forgot about my birthday and was discouraged about losing). But right before the last person voted yes one of our teammates said "WAIT!, no we can't surrender it's "percs" (my in game name) birthday in a couple of minutes and we have to sing happy birthday before the game is over." the other two declined the surrender vote even though we were for sure going to lose, and a couple minutes later when it hit midnight these random people I met though Valorant sang me happy birthday right as the clock hit midnight. This was hands down the most wholesome gaming moment i have ever experienced and I am so thankful for the Valorant community for making that moment extremely special.

I know this community has a lot of toxicity but there is also a lot of good. And I just wanted to share my amazing experience I had with these random people I met though Valorant.
