I I’ve been playing this game exclusively solo since beta. I have no friends but I try to be outgoing and to talk in chat when with others. As I’m sure y’all can imagine, solo queue is cancer period.

But y’all NEED to start listening to others. Almost every game, it goes the same way. Example:

• split attack
• 3rd round, we forced second and still have that equipment, won rounds 1 and 2
• neon and raze go mid but enemy sage walls
• myself and rest go b main but get pushed by 2 and take tons of utility
• all 3 of us die and we see neon and raze still mid, with wall timing out
• spike is garage and all 5 enemies are on it. Ofc we lose the round
• “hey if we go mid, can we all go mid and mow down sage wall? Looks like 2 people lurking mid didn’t help us much :/“ In text chat
• queue raze immediately screaming at me on mic “HEY THATS TOO MUCH TO FUCKIN READ GOT SOMETHING TO SAY, SAY IT IN CHAT”
• “my bf sleeping behind me sorry trying to be quiet” but I start talking in chat anyway to try and work out a strategy
• raze continues screaming
• we all go mid and hey it works out! I was right!
• raze is STILL screaming in mic, saying I’m wrong bc mid worked that time… since we all went there….. and did what I said…
• queue rest of team screaming at everyone to shut up and stop arguing and it turns into a shit show.

in short, y’all need to stop projecting your insecurities onto others. I ended up leaving because the toxicity got too bad to make for a fun game. Just because you’re upset you fucked up and someone said something that makes you FEEL like you’re being blamed, doesn’t mean anything. That same game with another teammate I kept saying “we arent working together -that’s why we’re losing and is why we’re silver.” And all my team could think, “oh so you’re blaming all of us?!”

And this is literally almost every game. It’s not a valorant game if I don’t report someone for toxic chat or throwing. Solo queue would be 100% more enjoyable if you fuckers didn’t project your insecurities onto everyone every time they speak up. Just listen and adjust. Or mute. (Although I will say that muting kinda takes away from the point of playing a team game….)
