After 180 games this act with a 0.94KD (Bottom 35%), only 117 damage/round (Bottom 14%) and a 16 headshot % (Bottom 49%), I can officially say I solo queued to immortal. I am far from a demon, but a good attitude, comms and utility goes a long way.
