• wall blocks bullets (an actual unique use case)
• flash visibility when in flight reduced/invisible (decreases dodgeablity)
• molly range constraint removed. damage per second increased.

Omen

• smokes speed readjusted
• TP rework. its very buggy and glitchy. maybe add a CC ability instead.
• blind and ultimate changes as suggested in the fake leaks.

Brim

• one additional smoke after 45 seconds, and one additional smoke after the spike gets planted (for both sides)
• stim beacon gives body shot damage reduction.

Cypher

• 100HP to cam/visibility reduced.
• cages highlight enemies the same way as trips
• ultimate cost reduction, and activation requires enemy to b within a certain range.

Breach

• gives audio cues when enemies are concussed by E and X.
• ability pull out speed and gun pull out speed and ability activation speed increased.

Astra

• cooldowns increased.
• succ strength reduced.

Sova

• E pings reduced to 2.
• drone range decreased.
• shock dart damage adjusted(it feels almost buggy)

Jett

• dash out speed speed variable depending on weapon weight.
• weapon pull out speed after dash decreased.
• ultimate pull out speed after dash increased.

and that's about it. these are currently the agents that i believe need the most adjustments, besides Yoru reworks. I feel that the first four are more in need of buffs, since they are falling out of the meta.

breach is in an OK spot in coordinated play, but not so much in solo queue. some intel gathering might be needed.

Astra, Sova, and Jett are very overloaded in their abilities. Astra pretty much invalidates other controllers on most maps, and only viper survives Astra's oppression, because wall type smoke good. Sova has remained top tier and really needs a tweak. Jett dash should be an entry tool, not an OPers paradise. with chamber's release and sprinter's upcoming release, as RyanCentral said in his latest video riot seems to be trying to add agents that specialise in Jett's major domains.
