Sound feels quieter since last update anyone else?

As stated in the title sound feels quieter again, wondering if its a common issue or if I'm just going crazy.

I thought with patch 3.00 the run n gun was supposed to be toned down drastically?? Now every single game I play I get Ferrari peaked and instantly one tapped. Not sure if it’s my ping or just straight packet loss but it seems like ever sin...
