I got placed as a Bronze 3, the placing games went very well. But then I started playing a little and every time I just get demolished, ranking last place in the whole match for almost every game. Why does that happen?

Not sure if this is right sub to post this, but it is related to VALO, so... Lately, I've noticed that my bicep and wrists tend to hurt when I play VALORANT. Anyone know why that's happening? Could it be something about my aiming mechanic...
