The netcode "feel" problem, this might provide some insight. The spike is dropped instantly but body continues then comes back and dies. This might be why everyone is Ferrari peeking. They're actually not moving on they're end but they havnt stopped moving on your screen.

Valorant, Discord, some websites and servers are down (possibly Cloudfare)
