99% of toxic players are hiding behind streamer mode so they don't get instantly dodged in future agent selects, you'll have no idea what their ingame name is until your game is over and you'll have no idea if they are in your next agent select.

As a "streamer mode" function, it doesn't do anything anyway, I highly doubt it has ever stopped someone from ghosting a streamer since it's not hard to figure out who's in your games in higher elo matches, especially since friends lists show current scores.

This feature needs to be completely reworked or removed entirely
