How is it that at 60fps,streams often look better than my monitors gameplay(240hz) Even without video processing tools,is there a way to get close to that effect?

You should be able to dodge a game if someone has TTV in his name and is streaming.
Look, idc if you stream, but if you have your TTV name in your valo name, you're live (even worse if you have no delay) and go ranked, you fuck over your whole team.
Its literally sabotaging your team, enemys are free to look your stream...
