Just queued into a spike rush match rn and after all of us picked the timer just paused AT 0:35 AND after i alt f4'd and restarted its at 1:52 now idk what to do

What is the unrated matchmaking?

I feel like nowadays I'm matching up with experienced players with unexperienced teammates. I am myself a bronze I. But I feel like I'm matching with experienced players that are unforgiving.
