Just wanted to put this out there for those that are dealing with the same issue. Reinstall the game and see if that helps. Made the world of difference to me.

I was having terrible issues with random stutters throughout the match no matter if there was a lot going on or not. Dealt with it for a couple days as it wouldn't be all the time. But then it just got progressively worse.

So heads up for those that are dealing with this as well but haven't tried that yet.
