I play val with friends and currently have played (mostly) daily... I've been doing drills and (thought) that I found my ideal sensitivity.
Today though, I find myself sloppy and with slow reactions - and my aim stutters, causing me to miss my shots, and my mouse jumps around when nothing changed about it.
My wrist also gets stuck on my table (never happened before) and everything now just feels wrong idk how to describe it.
Should I take a break? did i do something or am i just having an off day?
