Bro why is is every time I get in to a lobby there is always that one person that when we lose a couple of rounds they turn on a macro and leave the game, not only that there are people that get disconnected and then get back on just to do the exact same thing LEAVE. Riot we need you to do something about this, because there are multiple games where there are people truing to get out of low ranks but can't because there are throwers and Smerfs. This ruining the lower lobby's and making it some what impossible to get out of iron and bronze. So if you can do something or propose something that would fix this ongoing issue that would be nice.
