Hi wanted to ask if anyone else had issues with receiving the player card after completing a match of premiere? my whole other team received theirs :/

Sometimes everything will be quiet, shift walking to site and an enemy will swing out and ill shit myself and my crosshair shakes because i just hit my head on the ceiling from jumping so hard. Any tips for preventing me from getting scare...
