So after watching enough people in my games rage every single time they die to a specific thing I've been wondering, what is the most frustrating utility in this game? what causes a lot of player frustration and most importantly how can Riot use this information to avoid frustration caused by agent design in the future?
If you have the time I've made a survey about the topic, feel free to skip any questions there are a lot of them but none of them are required.

I'll eventually post the results for anyone curious, thanks.
