I don't mind waiting more than 10 seconds for a fair match
Recently I started playing with a friend, we are 1 rank apart and most of the matches we get even 1 rank higher, why is this, why can't the game search a bit longer to give us a balanced match?

Level is being the most useless thing in this game right now
I think Riot should add some rewards for level up, like 1 radianite point for every level (makes sense since the community is VERY against the radianite system).
Such simple system will probably receive lots of approval from the community...
