It might be harsh, and some people may think it unnecesary. But the amount of times I've lost a game due to a person not being able to be vocal is immense. The only time a person whitout a mic is actually usefull is if they frag the hell out of a game.
It might be unfair to our Russian comrades, but atleast there'll be a que where everybody is supposed to atleast have a mic and the possability to be vocal. Even the slightest callout saying ''incoming'' or ''2 a long'' is a major help. Because it makes you determine if they fake it or actually go for a site.
Also it just makes you wanna que dodge a game if you see all the X's behind your teammates microphone.
Maybe there could be a balance where atleast 3 of your team can be vocal, and 2 are not. This would already be a huge problem solver.
I understand this doesn't mean that everybody with a mic is actually vocal, but even knowing your teammates CAN be vocal gives you and your team a moral boost, so you know that communication shouldn't be the problem in the team.
Perhaps this means that Russians should have their own que, I don't know. It's just an opinion and wonder what y'all think about it.
Keep it civil, we're trying to solve a problem here, not make it worse.

I think adding more ways to practice and adding more ways to learn into the game will definitely increase the player base quality and quantity
