Team voice volume is broken

Whenever I change the volume of an individual’s voice chat it resets back to 50. This happens whether I hit close settings or press escape. In one game another person said the same thing is happening to them. Any way to fix this?

Text chat delay

Anyone else have a weird delay in the text chat? When I type in a message, it takes almost two minutes to send, wich makes communication very difficult. This happens very often and I dont know how to fix it
