I closed the game down because i was stuck in the loading screen and it bans me for over 100 years. WTF!?!?

I need a good aimlabs routine...

I play ranked a lot and recently a lot of red carpet and most definitely not bottom frag i need a good aimlab routine which is around 30 min to cover all scenarios or things that will help me get good aim.
