Anyone got a Tendonitis from playing Valorant? I think I have one for like two weeks now. Didn‘t play after first symptoms but it is still there. I only played Valorant for about 3 weeks for maybe a 2-3 hours per evening and before that I played Warzone for 6 months nonstop and didnt have any problems. Are there any Risk Factors for a tendonitis? In the meantime I bought a new mouse because I felt like the shape of my old one let me grip it too hard.
If the symptoms are weaker can I start to Play again? Or should I wait till no symptoms?
