TLDR; if you’re inconsistent with your aim, it could be because of muscle tension
Just wanted to post something here that is bothering me and a habit that could explain a lot of inconsistency ppl feel while playing. I’ve noticed that while aim training I constantly have to be aware of my muscle tension because they tighten up a lot if I focus or think too hard. Breathing correctly and actively trying to relax my muscles has been a nice improvement to my scores in kovaaks and in comp as well as a good confidence booster. When you’re tense you’re less accurate and over aim and tend to lose a ton of gunfights that feel like an easy frag. losing said fights spiral your mental and make the problem worse.
