So, for some reason, I decided Xmas Day 2021 would be the day I download Valorant and give it a try. I'm not new to the game dynamic (300+ hours in CSGO), I've just never tried Valorant before.

I played for about 8 hours, and only encountered two people I'd call 'not very nice'. Pretty much everyone else responded to my voice chat, was fun and polite, and I ended up having a lot of fun. I also had a lot of people ask if I stream and/or do podcasts because my voice is quite low and my mic is somewhat decent. I must've said "EA SPORTS, IT'S IN THE GAME!" about 20 times, which was also really fun.

There are a couple of games that I've completely refused to ever pick up again because of the community (Looking at you, LoL), but this was a really outstanding experience yesterday on Valorant and I'm genuinely looking forward to playing more of this very fun game and meeting other people who are up for a good time and some epic wins.
