Why is it that in a Radiant game there can be a diamond 3 player? If i'm ranked Radiant I can only queue with people in immortal and up, yet there can be a diamond 3 player in the game wondering how the hell he got there and 99% of the time ends up on the bottom, I dont see how you can balance teams with a mix of Radiants and Diamonds.

How am I supposed to get better?
I am hardstuck Iron 3 and know basically everything that others tell me to do.
* Know every map layout
* Know how agents work | Utility / Classes
* Know how to shoot at people
I dont know what I'm doing wrong, I learne...
