Skip to bottom for a TL;DR
Prerequisites:
-Fracture
-You play Sage and have ult ready.
-You have an astra with maybe a killjoy and/or viper, for vulnerability.
-Enemies: Sage, Phoenix, Skye, Reyna, KAY/O
-All enemies (except Skye) have ult ready.
-Skye and Phoenix have bought utility (specifically: Regrowth, Hot Hands, Blaze)
DMG: Total damage you have inflicted
All enemies takes 149 damage.
[DMG: 745]
All enemies (except Skye) are healed from 1 HP to 100 HP with Regrowth.
Everyone that has 100 HP takes 99 damage again.
[DMG: 1141]
By now, every enemy including Skye should be at 1 HP. Phoenix activates his ultimate, Run It Back.
Phoenix gets vulnerable + OP headshotted. His ult dies.
[DMG: 1651]
Phoenix respawns with 100 HP. He takes 99 damage, and uses both abilities to heal +99 HP.
He now has 100 HP. He takes 99 damage, back to 1 HP.
[DMG: 1849]
Every enemy has one HP at this point.
One of your teammates is going to stand away, further than footstep radius. Enemy KAY/O pops ult, and your teammates (who is out of NULL/cmd range) activates utility that vulnerables KAY/O, who you then shoot in the face with an OP.
[DMG: 2359]
Downed KAY/O immediately gets 850 HP. You Odin him down to 1 HP ~~and then vulnerable + OP him. Note this time that since you cannot headshot a downed KAY/O, that last bullet only does 300 rather than 510 damage, for a total of 1149 damage on the KAY/O.~~
KAY/O gets revived by a teammate, takes 99 damage (out of 100 HP) and then gets vulnerable + OP headshotted, taking 510 HP, for a total of 1458 more damage on the KAY/O.
[DMG: 3817]
Sage resurrects KAY/O, who then decides to rampage on your team. He kills all your allies but you, allowing Reyna to do enough chip damage to harvest soul orbs. She ults to devour 4 times.
All of the hard HP she worked to get you shoot back down (400 damage). She ends up at the same position she started with, at 1 HP.
[DMG: 4217]
KAY/O still gets ult points for all four kills, and then gets two orbs on Fracture. Then he plants the spike, getting his ult back.
At this point, you resurrect your Astra. You still need her.
Also, I need to mention that enemy Sage can heal about three times per round. She has healed her allies during various points so far, in which you promptly shot their HP back down. That is 180 more damage.
[DMG: 4397]
Okay, assuming everyone wallbanged correctly to get their damages down to the integer, every enemy has 1 HP at this point. They all line up nicely in a gravity well, taking vulnerability.
You vulnerable + OP headshot everyone except KAY/O and one enemy.
[DMG: 5927]
KAY/O hasn't been touched since he was resurrected, so it he has 100 HP. You deal 99 damage to him, and just as before, KAY/O uses ult. You do 510 damage to down KAY/O, 849 damage to get fortnite KAY/O to 1 HP before letting KAY/O get revived. Once again, he loses 99 HP and then the double damage operator headshot, taking a chunky 2067 damage.
[DMG: 7994]
Finally, you end the misery of the enemy who help revive KAY/O with a double damage OP shot to the face.
[DMG: 8504]
And there you have it: The most damage you could do in a round to the enemy team is ~~7691~~ ~~8509~~ 8504 damage.
Let me know if I've made any errors.
Edit: u/ThisBeDepression kindly informed me that KAY/O could be revived instead, which would allow him to get headshot by the OP two more times, but this time without having to be downed. This increases the total amount of damage given by 510 :)
Edit 2: u/Wafflemelon1 pointed out agents (apart from Reyna) can't heal past 1`00, idk how I missed it but I updated it; the final value is just 5 HP less. Thanks!
TL;DR: After almost killing enemies multiple times and allowing them to heal, using vulnerable + OP headshots, etc., you can deal up to 8504 damage.
