It would be cool If there was a Premium Tier (1775 vp) skin with effects, different sounds and maybe a finisher at the end of the Battle Pass, I think It would encourage more players to buy the BP since this skin would be a one time exclusive and later down the line be a collector's item like the champions skins

Flashes blind duration when behind the player's point of view, but are close to the flash's location should be reduced to punish poorly thrown or panic flashes and properly reward dodged flashes (as explicitly intended by Riot).
