I find it really strange how even in Unrated, gamemodes that doesn't even contribute to your rank, is overly-competitive and serious for no reason at all. I find it really strange how I can't just play a few rounds and then leave a few rounds later without having to receive a penalty. I fully understand that VALORANT is a tactical shooter, but even games like Counterstrike, a game that is just as competitive as VALORANT, manages to make a really fun casual experience.
I think a casual gamemode should be implemented. This isn't to say that Unrated should be up and removed, (because quite honestly it does still have some value for people who want to play ranked-esque games without having to risk losing ELO,) but I do think a casual gamemode should be reminiscent to that of CS:GO's. First to 8 wins, and you can leave at any time to be replaced by another player who is in queue. I feel like CS:GO's casual is met with a far less serious tone (mostly because it's really chaotic when you have a large number of teammates) but that might be kind of difficult to accommodate for a game like VALORANT, so I still think a 5v5 casual mode would do just fine.
As for the Unrated we currently have in the game, maybe rename it to "exhibition" or something. It'll help players practice for comp and give them a more competitive experience while remaining relatively risk-free. If I don't have much time to spare, I think it'd be cool to have a more casual experience besides something like Spike Rush or Deathmatch.

Been playing since the game's been out. Started at Bronze, ranked up to diamond this week.
