I am a average Iron 2 player that always complains about my team, whenever i am top fragging blaming my team, saying y'all suck, in competitive. But today, i didn't do that. We were losing shit in the first rounds, then the yoru leaves. i got really mad, and was gonna blame my teammates but i realized even i got picked on for not playing good in competitive, felt trash couldnt do that well. So what i did was in a comms less team i started making jokes and communicating more, and as a result my team started to do better than before, more frags and I and my team were having real fun in this game, ( that never happens :') ) and after we were losing 0-5 we ended up losing 10-12. Even though i lost 14 RR and demoted to Iron 1, i found that i was not tilted after the game like i was always after losing. I think that communicating more and actually being more friendly can lead you to win games.
