Was in a game earlier today when it crashed and I was unable to join back. I tried reopening the game, and it would start up before crashing again. I tried restarting my PC and still had the same problem. In short: there was no way for me to get back into the game. The launcher even told me the game crashed and it was working on fixing it.
Eventually I had to go to work. When I came home and started the game up it worked fine. Went to queue, and I got penalized for an hour for 'intentionally leaving'.
Answer me this, Riot. If the Valorant launcher knew my game crashed and I couldn't get back in, why would I still get penalized? There was literally nothing I could do to get back to my teammates.
