i played a comp against another team with a reyna and a jett who stayed in spawn all match. because you cant remake a match where the trolls arent afk they had to wait for round 5 to surrender. their teammates told us what was happening and we reported the trolling duo, but the match i played immediately after had the exact same duo doing the same things but this time on my team. this time someone was refusing to surrender and we had to go through 15 rounds before losing and im back down to 0 rr.

1. why were they still allowed to queue after being reported by like 8 people for the same thing?

2. why isnt there a mechanism that detects trolling or lets teams forfeit matches with trolls without losing rr?
