I have seen a lot of posts on the toxicity in valorant and I feel like I need to get this off my chest: The community is generally pretty nice.
It is common that there is 1 guy or even 2 guys on your team that are toxic. But remember that 1 out of 5 is just 20 percent.
I think the big problem is that 1 guy being tilted results in the guy tilting his teammates too. It's not that the community is toxic or anything.
Let's stay positive everyone I have played a lot of other games and this community is actually one of the better ones. Let's not ruin it!

escalation shouldn't have a warmup
The lobby is already full, the only reason there's a warmup period is because some of the players are afk, the only reason some of the players are afk is because they don't feel like sitting through the warm up period. Just start the game.
