There is a report system, but there should be a commend system too.

I think adding something that allows you to thumbs up your teammates because they were fun, respectful, good, etc... Should be something added to the game.

I believe having this system and also having the report system should take into consideration that if you report a toxic teammate, you're less likely to be matched with that person and if you thumb up someone, you have a higher chance matching with that person again.
