Hello Valorant community!
I've been tasked with putting together and coaching a varsity Valorant team and I'm not really sure where to begin. To begin, I think I have all of the HR stuff together (Like my expectations for behaviour etc.) but I'm not too sure on how to tackle the technical game stuff, I peaked Diamond 1 and understand that I'm still lacking a lot as a player. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

im pretty sure this is the best shop you can get in valorant, literally all of the best skins in the game. idk which ones im gonna buy if any, but it'll probably be the prime vandal
