I have been playing this game since August, and I have been tracking the game down before I switched from CS:GO. There are things that needs to be changed immediately because it is making the game worse and worse.Here is my "Must Change" list.
Ranked System:

Lets admit it, nobody cares about the arrows and nearly more than half of the players use external programs like "Valorant Stream Overlay" to check their elo. It is misleading and it is literally nonsense. If we have RP system just like in League why not making it as it is in first place instead of confusing everyone with arrows ?

Loads of people in low-mid tier ranks. Lets say that you worked hard to rank up to Gold. You spent nearly 5 hours and you hit Gold 1. You decide to play 1 more match and a troll comes to your team and voila, all the hard work is gone. The point is ranked system is brutal right now, the amount of hackers and smurfs are too high and the elo gain is too low that everyone gradually deranks because of hackers and smurfs. Riot is creating Elo Hell by themselves.

The reason why people are picking duelist below Immortal is because you get more RP based on your kills and the system does not appreciate you playing a Support character. Its pushing you to go for kills instead of teamplay therefore encouraging people to take aggressive champions.

We need map selection system because if you are playing on a map that you do not like, you are mentally down and therefore you will play worse than you should have played otherwise.
Cheaters and Smurfs:

There are tons of hackers on Valorant right now, its too high that I started to think its more than CSGO level which is literally unplayable. And the fact that cheater's premades are keeping their rank even after the cheater himself gets banned is making it even worse. Too many people are boosted by cheaters and they do not get punishment or derank. Do not get me wrong, of course you should not get banned just because you had a cheater in your side but you should atleast lose the RP you won by playing in an unfair match.

You can not play peacefully in low elo because of smurfs that are trying to boost their friend. Self explanatory.
Run and Gun & Peeker's Advantage
- Did you ever think that everyone else except you are playing really good ? Fear not, everyone feels that. Because skill gap in Valorant is pretty low. As a previous high level CSGO player (faceit 10) even I do not believe the headshots that my opponents are hitting. Either I am playing worse than ever or Valorant players are just insane. Finally I found why thats happening.
1- Deadzone: When you are slowing down, your shots get accurate. It should not be happening. If you are not standing still, your shots should go randomly and not accurately. Take CSGO for example. If your velocity is not 0, your shot goes randomly. But in Valorant, if your velocity is %30 of your max velocity, your shots will go accurately, meaning you can accurately shoot when crouching,walking,strafing,counter strafing. Which is problematic. You can easily peek-spray-go back to the cover with full accuracy and without stopping.
2- Spray Pattern: Phantom and Vandal's fairly random spray patterns make the game a little bit more random than it should have been. Especially Phantom's spray pattern stays nearly the same while you are running so its making run and gun a little bit worse.
3- On Air Accuracy: When flying or jumping, your shots are fairly accurate than it should have been. Self Explanatory.
4- Recovery: When you jump and hit the ground, your weapon should still be unstable for half a second, but instead in Valorant, when you hit the ground your weapon is immediately accurate. This should not be happening.
- You can not hold angles like you should, because peeker has more advantage over you than any games. Literally the player that peeks can easily strafe and be accurate immediately since they are still within %30 of their max velocity. Moreover, they can peek,counter strafe into the cover while shooting at you, and easily kill you by doing that since their shots are accurate and you cant hit a running target that easily.
OP Guns:

Classic is way too powerful than it should be. Its a free gun that the game is giving to you and it can one shot half armor and its right click is accurate while running, jumping, falling etc. Even Jett/Raze classic meta has begun because of that.

Bucky's range is a little bit high for a shotgun.

Operator is kind of weak because of the last nerfs.

Phantom is a little bit overpowered for an AR because of the running accuracy, silencer, 5 more bullets, firing speed and the ability to one shot in close range.
Marketing System:

The fact that you have to wait for your favourite skin for over months is just insane. Instead, having to choose the skin you want to buy and having discounts on the market randomly seems the most logical.

Night Market sucks.
Unbalanced Agents:

Reyna is by far among the most favourite agent in the game because she can both get out of a situation easy and heal to full HP. Her healing needs to be nerfed or her E charge needs to go down to 3.

Brimstone is too weak because his C is not the most useful skill and you cant throw smokes across the map. Omen is more mobile, has a flash, can make plays, has more smokes in long term.

Viper is bad, her kit needs to be changed.

We have been seeing a lot of 4 Duelist and 1 Omen/Brim or 3 Duelist 1 Sage 1 Omen/Brim lately because of the Sentinel nerf. Trap or Nanobot deactivation on death should be reverted back.

Skye's wolf is useless.
Riot Being So Slow:

The facts that I just wrote have existed over 2 months in the game, there are tons of League of Legends employees and when a problem is addressed they just fix it within a week but I feel like Riot do not give Valorant the love it deserves and they are just making the patches too slow with little context inside them. I wish we had more teams working on Valorant.

I feel like they are focusing on game modes & skins more than they focus on gameplay and balancing.
Training Range & Deathmatch
- Training range is useless, instead we need a map just like CS's aimbotz. You should be able to arrange the bots however you like and it should be on a bigger field so more bots, increased angles. And also fix the FPS problem whenever you kill a goddamn bot.
-Deathmatches should not be competitive and they should serve only training purposes. A lot of players want kill cap to be removed so that there is no competition among the players. The fact that the game warns you whenever someone is getting closer to 40 kill is just making people more and more nerveous and deathmatch starts to serve a different purpose than training. I would like a deathmatch server where you can hop on whenever you like without time and kill limit. Pistol or Headshot deathmatches are what we would appreciate aswell.
ENDING
I think I am done, I might have whined too much but I have been playing semi professional CS since 2017 and those are the things that Riot is doing wrong about Valorant in my opinion. I know that Valorant and CS are different games and should be treated specially and obviously I love Valorant, but I want it to be better. Hope you agree with me!
