Things to do that will genuinely improve your gameplay?

I’m still pretty new to Valorant, I’ve been playing for a little over a month and I play almost everyday for at least 3 hours. But I feel like I’ve reached a point where I don’t really know how to improve anymore. Aiming is definitely one of my issues, so any suggestions for improving aim, as well as any other general gameplay would be awesome :)

I’m looking for some tips for Neon

I’ve been playing for about a month and I like to main Neon. I’m not that good at the game and would really appreciate some great tips like what gun to use or great strategies.
