it feels so slippery like lacking of stopping power on my alt account but not in my main wtf is wrong with this game?

I was practicing in the range, then i simply just quit the game. When i tried to enter valorant again, it is just stuck in the range loading screen. How come this is still a thing ? I uninstalled it, installing it now hoping that it works....
