A transparent elo system to see how close your rank up is would be an amazing change
There are lots of games that don’t hide your elo/mmr like Overwatch, World of Warcraft arena, even faceit for example. This arrow system is better than the complete mystery of official CSGO match making but it’s not nearly good enough.
