With the addition of pearl and the removal of split the devs have said they want to keep the map pool at 7, rotating maps in and out as time goes on and more maps are released. I'm personally not a fan of pearl and would like a way to not get it as much as I do. I like the way csgo does it where the pro map pools is 7 maps, but for those who just play ranked you can pick from all the maps and choose which maps you queue for. I think this would add to how enjoyable the game is and would eliminate people dodging because they dont like the map. Another option that Rocket League used to have (not sure if they still do since they map all the maps the same) is you could pick 1 or 2 maps you'd prefer to play and 1 or 2 maps you'd prefer not to play. Since there is only 8 maps right now I think the second option would be better for now, but down the line I'd like to see the csgo system implemented. I'm curious what other people think and if anyone has a system they think would help improve the overall valorant experience.

Sick of dualists claiming they’re amazing and their team is trash just because they have the most kills.
