The Vandal should have more first shot accuracy than the Phantom. Because at the moment the phantom shines in both long-range and close-range engagements. The one place where the Vandal is supposed to come out on top is shadowed by its inaccuracy.
Swap the numbers for both and call it a day.

[Suggestion] Ability to bind key to toggle handedness
Something that I would often have in CS:GO is `bind scroolwheelup "toggle cl_righthand 0 1"`which would let me move my models hand from right to left on scroll, which helped with not having playermodels get covered by the gun.
