I understand people getting mad over afks or throwing in comp matches. But I'm curious to hear peoples thoughts on unrated. Should these people be penalized the same or less?

What is the community’s current opinion on flashes?
When Skye came out, I saw a few posts of people complaining that they are going blind from all the flashes.
Now that the patch has been out for a bit, what are your current opinions on Flashes? I personally feel like I am blinded for a go...

Different flash color for Breach
Currently Breach and Phoenix have the same color for their flashes.
And since Skye has green flashes and Yoru will have blue ones, I'd like it that Breach and Phoenix also have their distinct colors.
