I understand people getting mad over afks or throwing in comp matches. But I'm curious to hear peoples thoughts on unrated. Should these people be penalized the same or less?

so, I got 131 RR from winnning one game, sheesh?
I was S3 86 and went to G2 17 FROM ONE GAME?!?! like wtf, ayy but at least it made up for me losing G2 in my placements. How does this even happen? Is my mmr just crazy high and reached a certain thresold that it boosted me a rank?

All my losses today were comeback losses. How the fuck do people comeback me all the time?
